Vacation at the Outer Banks

Here it is, as promised.  To take your mind off the current insanity..  a tour of the house we stayed in during our time at the Outer Banks.  It was a wonderful place that my son, Chris, and his wife, Kathleen found.  It was made even more wonderful by being filled with beautiful and handsome relatives!

This is a shot from the parking place.  You know it's going to be warm there when you see the tall palm trees.

The building has a name:  I think it is "Paradise 6."

Inside is an elevator that has tropical animals watching over you.

Even the walls are hand decorated.

Paintings of birds seem to be everywhere.

How about some bananas?

Take a look at the kitchen... it has 2 of everything.. refrigerators, sinks, stoves, dishwashers, etc.

And this is where you eat your meals.

My Grandson, Dylan liked the Computer Nook.

And, of course, he also liked the viewing room.

And of course, everybody liked the pool and the Jacuzzi..  and even a couple of brave souls used the sauna.

And, guess what, there was even the Atlantic Ocean to play around in.

It was a lot of fun living like "rich folks" for a week or so.  Thank you, Chris and Kathleen for letting us join in on a fun vacation.
